What forms of payment do you accept?
Right now PayPal is the only form of payment accepted. You can pay through PayPal with all major credit cards. Other forms of payment may be available in the near future.
How do I receive my pattern(s)?
Once you check-out and complete payment you will be taken to a page where you can open the pattern documents and then save them to your computer. An email will also be sent to your PayPal email address with links to the pattern documents. Make sure to save them to your computer--you can only access them five times and then the link will expire.
All patterns are in PDF format and require a reader program--like Adobe Reader--in order to view the document. Most newer computers come with this software pre-installed. If you don't
have the reader software it can be downloaded (for free) right here:

Can I return my pattern?
Sorry, digital documents are not returnable. I try very hard to accurately describe the patterns and write clear and easy to understand directions.
If you bought a pattern by mistake perhaps it is the universe telling you it is time to learn to sew ;0].

I can't find the email with the link to my pattern(s)?
The first place to check is your spam folder or junk email folder. If you do not see it there, double check to make sure that the transaction was completed (PayPal will send you a receipt). If you paid with an eCheck it will delay the pattern download since the download is triggered by the clearance of funds. eChecks take 4-7 business days to clear and then your links will be emailed to you.
